From mid-September through December 31st, 2015, Occupancy Solutions placed 160+ qualified residents into Haciendas Apartments.

Occupancy Solutions was hired by owner Urban Offerings in August 2015 to perform a Marketability & Leasing Operations Assessment. In September with only 40 units occupied, Occupancy Solutions took over marketing and LIHTC program compliance file approvals. With consistent and extensive low cost marketing and oversight of all prospective resident files, Occupancy Solutions moved in approximately 160 units within the designated timeframe.
