  • Curb appeal – The simple curb appeal of your community can also serve as an excellent resource in terms of local marketing, and using your community in and of itself to draw the eye can be a very impactful marketing tool. Keeping your landscaping fresh and clean, and your maintenance on the up and up, can allow those driving by to see just what type of lifestyle you provide.
